Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared via WhatsApp, and our team takes full responsibility until the parcel is delivered safely.

Returns or refunds are applicable only in case of a wrong or damaged product. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or photos. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
