Orders can be placed online through our website or offline at our store. We accept prepaid orders and half-payment orders (50% advance and 50% on receiving the parcel). Cash on Delivery is not available.

We offer worldwide delivery for online orders. All orders are carefully packed and usually delivered within 3–7 working days within India, while international delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared via WhatsApp, and our team takes full responsibility until the parcel is delivered safely.

Returns or refunds are applicable only in case of a wrong or damaged product. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or photos. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
